Return Process
All products must be returned within 30 days of receipt. All unwanted items must be returned in unopened and unused condition for a full refund.
Instructions on how to return items if unwanted for a refund:

or 888.239.1766 to receive a return authorization number and return slip and shipping label. All return postage and insurance charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
2.Include the return slip inside the box and affix the shipping label to the box.
3.Drop the package off at any United States Post Office or return carrier of you r choice.
4.Upon receipt of product by Music Record Shop, the items will be in inspected and deemed returnable and if ok , a refund will be issued. At this time, we do not offer exchanges for other product or products. Each transaction is independent. If you wish to order another item, please place another separate order.
5. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed and completed.
